With over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, billing, and collections, Carlisha began her career in 2000 as a Medical Assistant before discovering her passion for Revenue Cycle Management. Throughout her career, she has built extensive expertise across a wide range of specialties, including OB/GYN, Cardiology, Anesthesia, General Surgery, Breast Care, Orthopedics, Workers’ Compensation, and Home Health.
Her diverse background also includes significant experience in marketing, client relations, and operational workflow development, enabling her to effectively bridge the gap between patient care, business growth, and financial performance. Carlisha brings a strategic and well-rounded perspective to improving operational efficiency while enhancing the overall patient experience.
Carlisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Fitness Management and a Master of Public Health (MPH). She is also a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Paramedical Tattoo Artist, reflecting her unique blend of healthcare expertise, wellness knowledge, and client-centered service.
